Program Evaluation

Program evaluation helps to build better programs, assess existing work and fulfill grant requirements. Whether evaluation is needed to establish a program (formative evaluation), assess the utility of existing programs (process evaluation) or understand the effects of a program (outcome evaluation), I can help you build logic models, conduct focus groups, survey your clients or other target population and help you evaluate your work.

Needs Assessment

Needs assessments help target services where they are most needed. They often establish the disparities, or gaps in services or other needs.

Research

Services offered include both qualitative (focus groups, interviews and ethnographic techniques) and quantitative research (survey design and analysis, statistical analysis of existing data). I can conduct simple and complex multivariate data analysis and present results in a user-friendly manner.

Training

I offer training in data entry and utilization, program evaluation and other research techniques.
